- How pricing works: one-time work is a flat Half Day or Full Day with debris hauled away. Standing plans are charged per visit, never a flat monthly fee, and can be skipped or paused by text. The Year Round agreement is one monthly number with every visit written down first. Acreage is priced per cut. Materials such as sealer, stain and mulch are billed as their own line.
- People: Chase Wallace runs Wallace Groundwork. It is part of Wallace Co Services, LLC, founded by his father Matthew Wallace, which also runs Matthew Wallace Painting & Repair.
- Not offered: fertilizer or weed control (it needs a licence we don't hold), tree climbing or removals (we prune from the ground), new sod or lawn installs, new hardscape built from scratch, new irrigation design and install, permanent hard-mounted roofline lighting.

- [Sprinkler repair and start-up](https://wallacegroundwork.com/what-we-do/irrigation-repair): Spring start-up, broken heads and leaking lines fixed on the sprinkler system you already have. From $340 (half day, one-person crew).

- [Deck staining and sealing](https://wallacegroundwork.com/what-we-do/deck-staining): Decks washed, dried, sanded where they need it, then stained and sealed — not painted over. From $680 (smallest property size). Stain billed separately. When: April, once it is reliably above 50°F and dry.
- [Fence washing and sealing](https://wallacegroundwork.com/what-we-do/fence-sealing): Wood fences washed on both sides, left to dry, then sealed so the grey doesn't come back. From $510 (smallest property size). Sealer billed separately. When: September, so it goes into winter sealed rather than out of it.

From $275 a cut (per cut, two to five acres). When: Two to four cuts between late spring and late summer, once the ground will carry a machine.
