For yards that need to look sharp, constantly.
Mow, edge, trim, blow off. Same day each week.

The most common choice.
Same care, every other week. Suits most Middle Tennessee lawns outside peak growth.

For yards that don't need weekly attention but shouldn't get away from you.
Mow plus light bed upkeep.

The “get it back in shape” visit.
A full seasonal cleanup, four times a year. Not a substitute for regular mowing.
Debris and disposal are billed separately on this one — a seasonal cleanup pulls far more out of a yard.
How the schedule works
We run routes, not appointments.
Every standing plan sits on a route — a set day, the same crew, the same order of stops. That is why we can tell you Tuesday and mean Tuesday, and it is why we take on a limited number of standing properties per season. A route only holds so many yards before somebody starts getting the short version of a visit.
When a route is full, we'll tell you that instead of squeezing you in and hoping you don't notice.
How billing works
Charged per visit. Never a flat fee.
You're charged per visit, not a flat monthly fee — so you always know exactly what a charge was for.
Skip a visit anytime by texting SKIP — no charge. Pause the whole plan, say over winter, by texting PAUSE, and pick it back up with RESUME.
No contract, no cancellation fee, no phone tree to get through.
