How it stays honest
A monthly number is only fair if you can see what's behind it.
Plenty of companies sell a flat monthly fee, then get quiet about what you get for it. Not this one.
You get the whole schedule before you sign. Every visit, the month it happens, what we do on it. The monthly number is that year divided by twelve, and both stay on the page.
Skip a visit and you get the money back. Text SKIP and that visit’s value goes back on your account. You never pay us for work that didn’t happen.
The price holds for the term. You also go first when a route fills up, first after a storm, first when it ices over.
How the schedule works
We run routes, not appointments.
Every standing plan sits on a route: a set day, the same crew, the same order of stops. That is how we say Tuesday and mean Tuesday, and why we take a limited number of standing properties a season. A route only holds so many yards.
When a route is full, we’ll tell you, instead of squeezing you in and hoping you don’t notice.
How billing works
On a standing plan, you're charged per visit.
Per visit, not a flat monthly fee, so you always know what a charge was for. (The year-round arrangement above bills monthly, with the whole schedule priced out before you sign it.)
Skip a visit anytime by texting SKIP. No charge. Pause the whole plan, say over winter, by texting PAUSE, and pick it back up with RESUME.
No contract, no cancellation fee, no phone tree.
