Seasonal work · Nashville & Williamson County

The yard needs different things in November than it does in June.

Leaves, gutters, lights, winter prep, pruning, the spring reset. Pick the ones you want, or put the whole year on one arrangement.

Booking now

Holiday lights go up the week after Halloween.

We own them, hang them, fix them, take them down and store them until next year. Prices are published — most companies here won’t quote you without a site visit first.

What we do, and when

Everything here has a right month.

Some of these only work in a window a few weeks wide. Done outside it, they don't take — or they do damage. So this is the calendar, not a menu of things we'd be happy to do whenever.

Holiday lights

From $750

Design and install in November, service all season, takedown and storage in January.

Installed right after Halloween. Down in January.

Leaf season

From $510

Late October, mid-November, and a final pass December 1–15. Hauled away, not bagged at the curb.

Late October, mid-November, and a final pass December 1–15.

Gutters

From $275

Cleared, flushed, debris hauled off, and photographed top to bottom so you can see it was done.

Once after the leaves are down, once in spring.

Winter prep

From $145

Irrigation winterized, hose bibs and backflow wrapped. Done before the freeze, not after it.

Mid-October to the first week of November — ahead of the freeze.

Dormant pruning

From $255

Structural pruning while the branches are bare. Crepe myrtles late February — properly, not topped.

January and February, while everything is bare.

Spring reset

From $340

Grasses and perennials cut back, beds re-edged, mulch laid. Mulch material billed separately.

March, before the mulch and after the pre-emergent.

Exterior wash

From $425

Soft wash on siding, pressure on hard surfaces. Runoff kept out of the storm drain.

May, or any mild dry stretch in between.

Windows

From $185

Glass in and out, sills and tracks wiped, screens rinsed.

March, once winter has finished throwing grit at them.

Ice & snow priority

Included

Pre-treatment ahead of a freeze and clearing after one. Included — you go before anyone not on an agreement.

Whenever it happens. Usually twice a winter.

Prices start at the smallest property and go up with the size of the place. Put several together on a year-round arrangement and they get spread across twelve payments instead of landing in the same two months — that’s here.

If it's land, not a yard

Fields, pasture and back acreage, two to four times a year.

Different machine, different price, same standard. If you've got more than a couple of acres that just needs knocking down a few times a season, that's its own thing.

What we don't do

Three things we'll tell you no about.

  • Fertilizer and weed control

Applying either for money in Tennessee takes a licence we don't hold, and we're not going to pretend otherwise. Aeration and overseeding aren't the same thing — those we do.

  • Permanent roofline lighting

Hard-mounted systems get wired into the house. That's electrical work. Our lights plug into an outlet you already have.

  • Climbing and removals

We prune from the ground. Anything that needs a rope and a saw goes to somebody who does that for a living.

Next step

Tell us which ones you want.

Pick what you need and we'll come back with a number. Or put the whole year on one arrangement and stop thinking about the calendar.
