House, drive, walks and fence, back to their own color. Concrete, decks and fences sealed after, if you want it to hold.

What we don't do
We keep places up. We don't build them.
Tennessee licenses new construction and new irrigation separately. When a job needs it, we point you to someone licensed for it.

- New hardscape built from scratch
- New irrigation design and install
- Fertilizer and weed control (that takes a license we don't hold)
- Permanent hard-mounted roofline lighting (that's electrical work)
- Tree climbing and rigging (we bring in a crew we trust)
What a day looks like
The last four yards.
Same camera position before and after. No filters, nothing staged, nothing shot from a flattering angle the second time. If a yard looks worse in the first frame than you'd admit yours does, that's the point.
A lot that had gone to seed.
Waist-high growth and volunteer saplings through the fence line. Cut back, cleared, and hauled off the property.
The walk was under there.
Edges re-cut back to the concrete. On a standing plan it never gets back to the first frame.
New build, first real cut.
Builder's sod, never edged. Straightened the line along the walk and the drive.
Grown out, then cut back.
Same yard, same morning. The edge along the walk is the part people notice.

Two acres or more, knocked down a few times a year. Priced per cut, by the acre.
