Debris and disposal $50–$75, billed as its own line. Materials — mulch, gravel, fixtures, parts — are quoted the same way. Neither is ever buried in the labour price.
What's included
Plain about what comes with the work.
- Mowing, edging, trimming and blow-off
- Bed cleanup — weeding, cutting back, re-edging
- Seasonal cleanup and leaf removal
- Minor hardscape repair — resetting existing pavers and flagstone
- Landscape lighting repair and replacement on an existing system
- Irrigation start-up, winterization, and head or line repair
What we don't do
We keep places up. We don't build them.
Tennessee licenses new construction and new irrigation work separately, and we don't pretend otherwise. When a job needs that, we'll say so and point you to someone licensed for it.
