Rinse screens, don't scrub them
Screen mesh stretches and tears easily. A gentle rinse and a soft brush is all they need.

Fog between panes won't clean off
Cloudiness trapped between the two panes of a double-pane window means the seal has failed. No amount of cleaning fixes that — the glass unit needs replacing.

Spots near the ground are sprinklers
Hard white spots on lower windows are usually mineral left by a sprinkler head spraying the house. Adjust the head, or the spots come back.
