Franklin is the county seat, and it does not have one kind of yard. There are older in-town lots with old trees and tight beds, subdivisions with a lawn and an HOA standard to meet, and bigger land out toward the edges. We take care of all three, and each one needs something different.
The properties
The older lots closer in tend to be smaller but busier. Mature trees, established beds, walks and edging that have settled over the years. Most of the work there is beds, hardscape and leaves rather than a lot of mowing.
The subdivisions are mostly half an acre to an acre, and they need what any yard built that way needs — steady mowing, clean edges, and beds worked before they look tired. HOA standards are common, and a standing plan keeps a yard inside them without a reminder.
Out toward the edges the lots open up, and some of it is land more than yard. Two acres and up gets mowed with the right equipment and priced by the acre, not squeezed into a yard visit.

How the year runs here
