September is for aeration and seed
Heavy clay packs down over a summer. Early fall is when core aeration and overseeding give fescue the best start.

Book fall work in late summer
Holiday lights, leaf passes and winter prep all land in the same few weeks. The calendar fills before the leaves turn.

Every month has one job that matters
Pruning in winter, the reset in March, mowing high in summer, leaves and irrigation in the fall. Getting the timing right is most of what keeps a yard healthy.

Is year-round grounds care a subscription?
It's an annual agreement with every visit listed, including the month it happens, before you sign. The monthly number is the year divided by twelve, and both figures stay on the page.
What happens if I skip a visit?
Text us to skip it and that visit becomes a credit on your account at its scheduled value. You never pay for work that didn't happen.
What is ice and snow priority?
Pre-treatment ahead of a freeze and clearing after one, included in the agreement. You go before anyone who isn't on one.
What we don’t do
- Fertilizer and weed control — that takes a licence we don't hold
- Tree climbing and removals — we prune from the ground
